EP3 hasn't been officially announced, there's no saying if it comes out with L4D.

L4D is a Valve/Turtle Rock production. Mike Booth basically works for Valve only he doesn't work at Valve and has his own studio.

I think that EP3 will be planned for next Summer / Autumn, and we'll be playing it the year after that.
