Order of Virtuous blood (spoilers)

This is like the only guild out there that is very low-key, and not many know about. At first, not knowing how vampires would fight and what special powers they would use, I was absolutely terrified and took the main quest very very slowly, thinking I'd get vampbushed (oh I'm so clever) any second.

You mean you got the message that says porypheric thingamajig? I get that everytime I fight a vampire, it just means there's a slight chance the infection will actually turn you into a vampire. The tip during a loading screen tells you to seek a cure immediately, but I never bothered and never turned

Right after I finished the main quest and left the room with Martin as a dragon, Ralsa (the elf lady) came up to me and told me to go find Seridur (leader of the Order) . You have too have a high level of fame I'm not sure what it is but mine was 113 when she came to me, and it doesn't matter if it's night or day. o.0

Also, after finishing the Mage's Guild quest line your allowed accsess to an enchanted chest that you can put ingredients for potion-making in and they will multiply as long as you take it out a week later, leaving it in for longer then a week will cause it to disappear. I haven't actually tried this yet but it might work, it'd be a good way of making easy money, selling the dust for 250gp each at the guild and then getting more and multiplying......

After being infected, you have 24 hours to either use a cure disease potion or prey at the alter of one of the chapels. Either that or you were in god mode. :)

I hated being a vampire.

Yeah, it sucks. My character always packed a few cure disease potions at all times just in case.

Oblivion....lol

lol??

Oblivion is an excellent game. Even though I'm a die hard Half Life fan... an RPG with the story (not just the main quest... the thousand or so side quests too), graphics, gameplay, and incredibly large world to explore like Oblivion is just something I can't get enough of. I've definitely racked more hours of play time with Oblivion than I did in every Half Life game made combined.

And since the developers allow people to modify Oblivion, the added things people came up with keep making the game even better.

I play with the TOTO (Total Oblivion Texture Overhaul.... much higher resolution textures), natural weather, natural skies, natural water, fine weapons, knights of the nine, Shivering Isles, rusty items, natural habitat, natural weather HDR, natural vegitation, and "almost everything VWD".

The package of mods makes the graphics incredibly better... but you definitely need a fast PC to get good frames with AA and AF enabled.
