our benefactors glitch - freezing up

Seems I couldn't jump and as some mentioned. Restarted level, but now game is freezing up at the same point.

Just after getting on the body case conveyer ride. After it loads the second part. It freezes up just after the 2 trains below pass by.

Didn't freeze up the first time, but as mentioned. Couldn't jump.

Now it continues to freeze up.

Any downloads or suggestions to repair?

When i go up in the body case conveyer ride and i reach the white light then, when the loading starts, my HL2 close by itself, please some one help, i wanna finish this great game someday !!!!!!!!

Reload to a save point before that.

Re-Validate your halflife two files. I don't know the link to do it, but you can find it att www.steampowered.com s help section.
