Page Pool Memory Issue

Hello everyone,

I've been having this problem happen to me for that last couple of days.

Everytime I try to run CSS or TF2 it will start the game fine, but when I try to join a server it freezes up on me with looping sounds (also note that I have to run all of my steam games in windowed mode) This also happens when I try to run them fullscreen.

I've been on the Steam website and found what I need to do, but its still doing it for me!

Any help would be great!

P.S I run all of my games on a laptop, if that helps.

Also end any necessary processes, i hear the using AVG can cause this problem.

I heard you have to uninstall it, not end the process.

Well so far that has fixed it, but now I get this everytime I try to have my graphics up:

Try not to raise all of your graphics up at the same time. For example raise the resolution only and play for a while, then raise textures etc, until you get that error then stop. Don't expect to max out the game on a laptop running Vista, there are still problems with source games on Vista.

Well I lowed them, but it crashes on and keeps saying that message.

How much ram do you have and what graphics card?

Try sticking everything on low.. it doesnt ruin the game, but it may help.
