Im not sure if its some spyware or somthing i have picked up but my spyware removal isnt getting rid of it. I know its on about firewalls but i dont have a firewall :/ well not on my pc but im guessing there is one on the uni network that im on :/

If its just a pop-up get some pop-up blocking program...i think firefox also does not allow pop-ups, there was a good program for stopping pop-ups but i forget what the name is sorry.
If its spyware xoftspyware removalis a good program

If you are running windows XP SP2 and if thats not just a pop up then just go into Windows Security Center and either turn click "I'll monitor a firewall program by myself" or something like that.

i dont have SP2 and i dont really want to get it :S
any idea how i get to the Windows Security Center

Windows Security Centre is an SP2 feature., I'd get Sp2 if I were you.

Yea but how do i get rid of the damn thing!

how could u possibly have windows security center if u dont have sp2 u might as well get sp2 all of the windows updates will be on that

That looks more like Spyware to me. Doesnt XP SP2 do that pop up in a little balloon in the corner?

1: Spybot Search & Destroy - get it, update it, clean your system, immunize your system
2: Scan for Viruses - Avast Antivirus is great. Its free, updates itself (tiny downloads), and monitors email, IM programs, filesharing programs as well as regular AV stuff.
3: Get Firefox to avoid this happening again!

Whatever system your using, thats what i recomend you do.

windows spyware remover is alot better than spybot search and destroy everytime i do a scan it says it deleted the files but there still there
