I didn't have any idea this game even existed, untill I found some clips of it on youtube. It's supposed to be a sequel to the original Painkiller, but with no graphical or gameplay improvements, tons of bugs and horendous level design.

Wait, I thought there was already a sequel to Painkiller? I remember playing a demo. Or was that an expansion?

Edit: Says right in the video "fan made sequel" so uhhhh who cares if it's bad, it's not official, no real shock.

Didn't know that. However if it is a "fan" made product then wouldn't they need the permision of the original developers to release this thing?

There was a sequel, "Overdose", and this is apparently a third. The word on the street is that it's shite. Has anyone played it? I have a pretty high tolerance for crappy games, but the reviews were unusually awful.

I'll take a stab at it. Does it require the same unlock method as the first one (namely, finish the game on all the prior difficulties while achieving all the golden cards or whatever)?

I believe Trauma is already unlocked on install, unlike the first one.

Some reviews there were pretty funny

Glitchy scripts, three-minute loading times, broken saves, crashes to desktop and the abundance of blur make this game a nerve-wracking challenge.
