theres an sp 1 in the works too,it'll be released in mags presumably first though but someone will host it

i will try the mp 1 out though

haha,i find it odd my d/l speeds are generally so good since irelands broadband infrastrucure is years behind the us etc,i only have a 512 connection and im d/l from a us host too

yeah wasnt impressed either,the weapons are good though but i thought the sound was awful,i couldnt hear the guy next to me running,vehicles made no sound unless i was in them,teammates guns aswell were very quiet for some reason,,i tried it with 3d sound on and off aswell,that was 1 of my main probs,think i'll pass but i'll give the sp demo a go when its out,now to try plan of attack

yeah i'll still try it though,its games like this(i know its just a demo so pls dont flame) that show you just how good hl2 is tbh

UT 2004 with worse gameplay, weapons and vehicles...

graphically I see no change at all...the characters are actually worse
