Can anyone help me? I am trying to find out ways to make others pass out. I know of 2 already. One would be when you have someone get light headed and then you pick them up with their arms across their chest and put pressure on their chest. Another is when you do remotely the same thing except put a person up against a wall and do it. They all work perfectly. I have successfully done each technique more than 10+ times to my friends. Now, are there any others? I want to experiment with them. I've heard one where there is like a pressure point on your shoulder which causes the person to pass out, but have yet to come across how to actually complete that. Can anyone link me to other sites providing information on this topic? Thanks a lot guys.

This sounds like a good thread, i remeber seeing one which was like a Choke hold and if you do it hard enough and for about 5 seconds the person will pass out.

I was just about to say 'Make sure you don't land on your bottle, and on something remotely soft'

;(

Thats why its called a choke hold Westie... because it restricts air to the brain and you pass out.

Erm, why do you want to do this?
The reason why is because my friends and I have recently got very interested in this. I want to be able to make it quicker though(If possible). I mean there have to be other techniques rather than the same old technique as pushing on their chest after they went light headed.

westie, I would really like to not cause harm to the person. I mean I know this is dangerous either way, but to choke a person just leads to disaster.

You can do like Sam Fisher and grab their neck real tight and hug it!

Or just give them a nice knock in the head or in the solar plexus (though this may kill them if you're lucky/unlucky).

Oh and yeah, why do you want to know this?

Or just punch someone under the chin.

Oh and yeah, why do you want to know this?

My flatmate had some Chloroform that he liked to play about with. He didn't knock anyone out but he used a lot of it just sniffing it and going light headed.

I already stated no violent techniques that could cause harm or end a person's life.
Plus, I stated in the previous post that my friends and I have become very interested in this. It has almost become like a drug for us. It is very fun and enjoying to watch a person lie motionless and then wake up and having no idea where they are or what happened.

My friend had a girlfriend who once asked him to squeeze her throat and make her pass out because "it's fun".

Tell them that you'll pay them five hundred dollars to hold their breath until they pass out. When they finally lose consciousness and subsequently break their collar bone and bite through their tongue once they've fallen to the ground (something I've witnessed), you run.

Make them lose 8 pints of blood.
Make them drink 8 pints of vodka.
Accelerate them to 10 Gs.
Seal their room off from oxygen.

I think everyway of making someone pass out has some danger associated with it (ie they may never wake up). So good luck not killing someone ;)

Well, after doing this more than 15+ times to my friends without something bad happening, I think its safe. ALL, I mean ALL, of my friends on pass out for 7-8 seconds if that. Only twice they passed out for about 10 seconds. I mean, yes it is very dangerous, but after repetative tries of the way we do it, it doesn't seem so harmful. We asked our school's science teacher and he told us that its not as safe as we think because it kills brain cells, since it is restricting oxygen to pass to the brain. But we knew that beforehand, so it wasn't huge knews to us. If he said that we could lose a huge amount of brain cells and turn into a retarded person then that would be different.

I really only want techniques that do not involve drugging a person. Seriously, I want actual responses. I mean I want to know ways that massage therapists use and what not.

there ar different points in the arm and leg that will knock you out...unfortunately i never learned them but ive seen it done and the person just....*bang* down for the count

See those are the kind of responses I would really like to see. Thanks sabre, but that doesn't help as you know. Those are the kinds of techniques I really want to know.

Does anyone know if that shoulder thing is a groundless myth or an actual thing? I mean the thing that Homer learnt on The Simpsons.

stick your head between ya legs breath in and out really fast and shallow for 30 seconds stand up really fast and wrap your hands around your neck to cut blood to brain :p u go down totally:p tis funny tho only if u do it right:p

Punch them in the upper lip

Here is some stuff that you should be very careful of doing, because it may cause death. Just for safety so you don't accidently do one of these while you try to make someone pass out. Passing out isn't that "funny", it's a freaking emergency thing the body does when it is highly threatened.

Below are a list of attacks that police are instructed not employ, as they may prove deadly.

1. TEMPLE - A very susceptibile vital spot. If struck with sufficient force, may cause unconsciousness or death.
2. NASION - This is the summit of the nose. If struck with sufficient force may cause death.
3. PHILTRUM - This is the area between the upper lip and the bottom of the nose. Attack to this area may also cause unconsciousness or death.
4. HOOK TO JAW - A powerful hook punch to the front side of jaw may snap an enemy's neck. Fatal.
5. ADAM'S APPLE - A sharp blow here may cause enemy to asphyxiate.
6. SOLAR PLEXUS - The small of back. May cause death.
7. TESTICLES - The strong, focused pain of a vicious low blow may cause shock, resulting in death.
8. BASE OF CEREBELLUM - A powerful blow to the nape of the neck, causing mortal damage.
9. COCCYX - A powerful blow to the tail bone. Fatal.
10. FULL NELSON - Stand behind the enemy, put your arms under his, and lock your hands behind his head. Bending the neck forward may either break neck, asphyxiate enemy, or cut of supply of spinal fluid to brain, causing brain damage or death.
11. HALF NELSON - Again, standing behind enemy, but one arm is used to pin one of enemy's arms.
12. BRAIN BUSTER - Bend enemy over towards you, placing him in a headlock. Grab the back of his belt, and haul him into the air, vertical, upside-down. Allow yourself to fall backward, landing on your enemy's head, which will absorb your combined weight. Most effective on concrete or gravel.
13. RUSSIAN OMELET - Cross enemy's legs. Fold enemy by pinning his shoulders to ground upside-down and placing his legs above him. Sit on his legs, folding the bass of the spine. Fatal.
14. HEART PUNCH - A strongman's attack, it is simply a powerful blow to the heart. (Many years ago, the wrestler Ox killed an opposing wrestler with this attack.)
15. UPPERCUT - An upward strike to the bottom of the jaw with the heel of the hand, causing the enemy's head to snap backward. May shatter vertabrae. Fatal.
16. ABDOMEN - A substantial blow to this area may rupture a vital organ, causing death.
17. RIB CAGE - A vicious shattering of the rib cage may cause grave internal bleeding.
18. HEAD-TO-WALL PUNCH - A swift, hard, cold-cock punch to an enemy's face while he is standing near a wall may drive his head into it, causing the back of the skull to shatter fatally.
19. PINNED DROP KICK - Standing behind enemy, holding his arms straight back. A drop kick to the back without releasing arms may severe spine, causing death.
20. HEAD WRENCH - Grabbing an enemy's head by the mouth and the back of the skull, then twisting with a sudden, violent jerk to rend vertabrae, may easily cause death.
21. CHOKE HOLD - Once a favorite of law enforcement officials, has often proved deadly. The right arm goes over the enemy's right shoulder, and grips the back of the head. The left arm comes over his left shoulder, reaches across neck, and grabs own right forearm. With enough pressure applied, causes brain damage or death.
22. HEAD YANK - Bend enemy forward, grab head, and pull back with convincing force. May seperate delicate vertebrae, causing death.

7. TESTICLES - The strong, focused pain of a vicious low blow may cause shock, resulting in death.
Well that works, although I didn't die, becasue that happened to me the other week. I was on training and got a puck square on the box. Went to the bench, went through the usual stages of being hit in the nads, then the next thing i know i'm my back on the bench with everything spinning. It took a while but i was out for the count for a good minute. Personaly I can't see the fun side of it, felt like crap for a good couple hours after.

sleeper hold?

they did it on chappelle show :smoking:

showing them really bloody and gross pictures

edit: oh wait never mind, that will only make them faint maybe..

this is simply horrible, i dont understand why you would want to pass out a friend when you know it causes harm. kids these days

After 2 minutes of no oxygen, the person may begin to suffer irreversable brain damage, after about 5 minutes, the person is brain-dead.
Paralysis of or damage to the breathing muscles can occur if you're screwing around with someone's neck or chest, this means they could stop breathing after you punch or press them in the chest, and their body won't automatically re-start its life-support systems; leading to death.

You may collapse someone's trachea if you hit it hard enough, or apply enough pressure (even with a headlock or something)- this is fatal if you don't perform a tracheostomy (drill a hole in their lower neck to allow breathing- only a doctor should try that).

A significant head injury may also stop breathing or the heart.

It is never safe to knock someone out, or deliberately interfere with the most vital operations of a person's body.

And the fact that you're doing it over and over is just dumbfounding... do you know what they do to players in contact sports that have been knocked out 15+ times?? they miss a season after that here!

Repetitive strain on a system is what will lead to serious problems later on in someone's life.

Its like saying: I had a head x-ray yesterday and I was fine... over the next month, I had 15+ more head x-rays and I still feel ok. (You're obviously nuking your brain though.)

Making people pass out huh? That involves cutting off their air supply for a brief period. Everytime you do that, the brain isn't getting oxygen.

Thats a stupid thing to do. You and your friends must have suffered brain damage if you're looking to do it again.

I can see the news story already.

Boy in for murder charge claims victims death was an accident

"We were just playing around. We didn't mean for anyone to get hurt."

If you're really into this kind of thing, you may want to look into autoerotic asphyxiation.

I don't think you should be telling him all this stuff! He may be a date rapist in disguise!

REAL ANSWER:

Okay I used to do this with my friends also up until everyone kept telling me it was bad. I have stopped now because it has made me stupid and im pretty sure it was from that.
But anyways the best technique that I used was the "pinching the neck" technique (best way to describe it). Anyways what you do is sit in a chair or something and bend your head down between your legs and breathe very deep breaths for about 30 seconds (the longer and harder the breaths the better) and when your done bring your head up to normal and take the palm of your fists and put them on either side of throat like your choking yourself and sort of dig your palms into your neck like you pinching off blood flow and hold this for awhile and hold your breath also <--- Usually happens on its own but just in case, untill you pass out which wont take that long. Very simple way and very effective, can be used on other people but best used on yourself. I had fun with this but it just makes you stupid and the feeling when you come to is so crazy its like a drug. But have fun with this and I hope you can do it by just using my explanation.

Put them in a head lock and get a good solid grip, then with your other hand cover thier mouth tightly and pinch thier nose. Although that might leave you open to attack....but thats just theoretical don't do it!

A good way to make someone pass out: fart in a tight room :naughty: .

that shit aint funny doing stuff like that is pure danger...

That is one of the dumbest things I have seen on these forums - and that takes some doing. You could stop breathing, have a seizure and die. Its an incredibly stupid thing to do. Thats why paramedics try and treat and revive people who are unconscious, not make them unconscious........

Run away. Run away very fast.

Solar plexus: This is the place where your bottom two ribs meet.

The shoulder grip you seem to actually be after involves locating the artery between the heart and the brain. The theory is that if you can find it and squeeze it (Or rather squeeze the flesh around it, which squeezes it for you), blood will stop flowing to the brain and your victim will pass out. However, this would only work if the person was restrained as it takes a good few seconds before there is any effect at all, let alone passing out, by which time they would move, you lose your grip and your advantage.

If this is for playing amounst friends, I really don't recommend trying to do this, but that is up to you. If its for self defence, much better to kick your attacker in the balls, as hard as you can, and run away. The only warriors who die are the ones who fight a losing battle...

Has anyone mentioned that thing where you grab the pressure points on the shoulders, push down and - bang - KO?

Either the shoulders or the neck.

Correct me if i'm wrong, i'm no martial artist.

I'm pretty sure thats a myth. I think the closest thing to that is what I posted above.

I would love to be proven wrong though, especially if someone can post instructions :D
