Paying for something i cant play!!!!!

My account just one day disapered!!! And when i am trying to get the e-mails with my accountname and password. They are never coming. I havent could play it for a lot of time now and i dont now what to do!!!!!!
So i have payed about 55$ for something can not even play this sucks. I have tried to send valve a letter but they are not aswering!!! THIS SUKS!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Are you sure you never downloaded any illegal versions of HL2? If you did, silly you, if you didn't, I feel for you.
 
It is not a piratet game i bye it in a stor the 17 november!!!!!!!

Try and be a little bit more specific in what's actually happening.

"My account just disappeared" is quite a vague statement.

What actually happens when you try to log in with what you think is your account information? What error messages do you get? When was the last time it was working and did anything strange happen when it stopped working?
 
And i only have for valve to say:Great game!!!!! But way to much security!!!!!!!! But on the bright side i have finished the game. Did not even took me a week!!!!!!!
 
My account was there one day. But another day when i am typing the same password and user. It says that they are wrong!!!!!
 
Yeh, i can. No i cant, the e-mails are never coming... and i have waited days!!!!

I really hope english isnt your first language.

Try looking in the junk folder of your email if it is webmail, those emails should come.

Why is everone saying that they hope english isnt my first language, it isnt im coming from denmark so i think that it is good of me!!!
About the e-mails i think there must have gone something wrong with it!!!

Are you really shouting all the time?

( if you really didn't do anything wrong like cheating or playing an illegal hl2 copy in the past I understand you are mad..but those '!!' only make your text irritating to read..)
 
I dont understand why you make the point 'too much security, and you beat it in a week' or whatever, when the problem is your account, which id be extremely pissed off with. Something doesn't smell right here. If you bought HL2 then you will have a confirmation email and a bank statement which you can print off and show to valve to prove your purchase. Or a reciept if its shop bought. With this they will allow you to use it on a new account or possibly find your current one. If you have none of that your are stupid.

I find it funny the title of your thread goes out its way to tell us you 'payed for something' you cant play...and those people go in the same category...pirates!
 
Have you tryed to uninstall everything related to half-life 2, steam, counter strike, and then reinstall the whole package?

And please stop screaming...you sound like a bitching 12 year old

When did you send the letter/email? I hope you didn't just send it an hour before your post and be all like "THERE TAKIGN FOREVETERSE!!#;l12k;3j1"

I think it can.

A few days is still, not that long. I have seen many accounts of your same fate around other forums so it may take them a while to get back to you. Add that to all the memory read errors and whatnot and well, a few weaks maybe.

But if it takes longer than a month, then i'd give up on it. Who knows, maybe they're saving your reply for christmas :cheers:

donald, if you're certain you havent done anything wrong (that includes trying to play the warez version or ever using a pirate key at any point in the past on your steam account), try this link first:

And then try emailing valve support - if you still dont get anywhere, then pm me via the forum and I'll see if I can find out what's wrong.
