PC and X360 multiplayer combined

I was playing on the 2fort the other night and there was absolutely nobody online to play with so maybe there should be some sort of multiplayer combination with PC and X360 so there would be more people online to play with because if there's no one to play with then the game is useless as its only online not that the other 4 games on orange box are not worth playing

Have you played Shadowrun multiplayer on the PC?

Reason enough not to do that cross-platform shit again.

At least in games where there's a huge control advantage on one platform. Racing/fighting/adventure games would be fine, but cross-platform shooters are generally not a good idea.

Besides there are some incompatibilities.

Demoman has something like 6 grenades instead of 4 and the scout runs even faster on the 360.

I do agree that cross platform multiplayer is usually a bad idea I never played shadowrun but I did play Final fantasy XI on X360 for about 10 minutes literally but there does need to be more people online to play a good game every game I've played I've been disconnected from host in the last 30 seconds of the games and I could of got an achievement or two

Word, Dreamcast vs. PC, I played those servers from both ends, was great fun. But DC had Keyboard/Mouse support

You'd be surprised. Most pc players on TF2 publics could be beaten by someone who can use a pad well. Take away the scout and the sniper and you don't even have to aim in TF2

(i'd rather be on the team with the mice tho)
