PC Gamer UK overseas subscription

I'm considering just taking the subscription to get the HL2 preview

But does anyone know or could find out for me what time i would have to sign up to get the hl2 issue in the mail?

Apparently they only have phonesupport, which i can't use

I would subscribe right away if you want to get the Half-Life 2 review issue. Considering the time it takes for shipment and processing.
