Maybe it can be set in the graphics section of the options? With choices like "old style" and "new style"?

Iron_cube: Only a few days to go. My advice to avoid spoilers: Unplug your internet, though then you'll have to buy it retail since you can't preload offline (of course).

I dont mind game content spoilers at all, just the ones concerning Alyx.

that was a horrible spoiler, but the pcg mag has worse, it tells you what you do after that, the relation between aperture and black mesa etc...
 
I saw the hunter in the air and turned it off. No spoilers for me :D I haven't even looked at the scans I'm giving everyone :)
 
I'm gonna try to do that on ep3. I won't look at ANYTHING. At least I will try not to. I wish I had not watched that video, that was brutal, it would have been a very exciting surprise if I hadn't watched it. Oh well.
 
I think the
bloodspray doesn't look THAT bad but, they must improve it somehow. Besides that.... WTF that was awesome. God damn it.
 
Wow people I don't think that I'm allowed to post the link but go to half life fallout, in the ep2 forums and there is a spoiler video posted with the dog and strider battle! Of course Dog owns the strider big time!

Well, I have no school the second monday of October (Thanksgiving - Canada) so that one less day of the OB week.

Also: Awesome video. I don't think I'll say anymore then that Striders are surprisingly... maneuverable when they have to be.

I was almost sad when the poor strider died. He looked so upset ;(. But at the end I loled how Alyx reacted when Dog simply fell down.
 
AaAaggghh. The season premier of the Office satiated my lust for OB for a little while, but the lust runs rampant again. I'm proud of myself for only looking at a few spoilers a while back and none sense! :D
 
Well, Strider armor rather sucked in that video. Dog ripped it apart like tissue paper. Come on. Video quality isn't that good, but it looked like the strider was already pretty sick though.

Perhaps he just pulled it apart at the joins...

IS this another thing to add to a list of revived concepts?

No not the EP2 poster, I mean the Drawing, there was a poster/concept art a while back, I think it came with the the HL2 Gold pack, that had art with Dog on top of a strider ripping its top part off.

Like I said no new footage so it's okay to watch unless you already watched the hunter second encounter video.
Actually if you see the guys other Portal video it's definitely not official I think this guy is a beta tester.
 
Nice... As always, I like it. Loved the hunter AI in the end.
