I like the way you put that Chris, the reason I left www.planethalflife.com's forums is becuase all there moderators were complete asswads.. They had extremely strict rules, you couldnt talk about anything. I like these forums much better, and I like the mods! good work!

there is no such thing as a Sea Penguin, Penguins only go into the water to run away or to hunt small fish as you said. They live generaly above water on icebergs and ice sheets..

Yeah but they are most agile under water.. Thats what I ment anyways... They look like a buncha drunks when they are on the ground I wonder if Chris walks around like that usually though...

BTW I voted mrBadger cuz if attacked by a badger *animal* you would get hurt where as a penguin wouldnt do much damage IMO

Yes, I'm quite sure. I do I have a life. I have a 40 hour a week job, a girlfriend and I do often look like a penguin as I am quite often drunk on a weekend stumbling around

To be a mod you need to be recommended to be one by the current staff. There won't be any openings until we get busy again.

serious excitement. in 'Death and the Penguin' by Andrey Kurkov the main character gets given a penguin by the local russian zoo because they can't afford it due to the war. I won't spoil the plot but the penguin becomes the symbol of death for his owner and the entire KGB. this is pretty impressive considering the penguin does nothing but nuzzle the guys leg and eat fish.
This surely gives the penguin the edge no?

Oh, and the penguin 'Misha' also suffers from clinical depression and has a heart defect. perhaps we're back to 50/50
