This is sick. Several maps, multiple game-modes, all the old PD guns, and great graphics to boot

The mouse system is very cool- it's strange, but it actually fits the gameplay just fine. The only real problem here is lag issues- it's a big one, though. They really need to optimize netcode, or... something

Its the first beta so there are issues but give it time and it should progress. Any bugs/issues please report to there forum. There were a few moaners when i was playing which does help.

You forgot the shotgun! And all of these weapons also have alternate fire modes (like cloaking for the RPC, and the grenades can be turned into proximity mines that bounce around like a pinball). sadly the rocket launcher was pulled from beta 1 due to some issues, but should see it soon enough....

no, no you weren't. I dunno, I'm pretty sure at one time they said they would include single player.. I think the goldeneye team said they'd do the same thing too. It's probably just a thing that would have to happen later in development.

I dont like it. Lag on ALL servers is unbearable, the motion blur is shite, and respawning is slow (and yes, I know..) apart from that it's great. and all the major problems are fixable, I guess..

Motion blur is actually a cvar. sooo they could just change the default, or find a server with the blur reduced.

I've never noticed the respawning as slow.. normally takes me 1 or 2 seconds to respawn, you want instant respawn?

Yes the lag is very bad. but I haven't noticed it on all servers. I've played games with 12 people and no lag, but then I play games with 6 people and horrible lag (both dedicated servers).

er... respawning is instantaneous, you just need to press a directional key (wasd).

That's what the "I know" was there for. it still takes me 5-12 seconds to respawn.

well i for one love it. for a first beta its amazing. imagine what the final product will look like. once they fix up the netcode, get all the weapons and maps done, this mod is easily going to take off.
