It was a christmas joke between studio staff... they'd do something like that every year. It was never aired

everyone believes this actually went on TV, but it didn't.

and no, none of the others were scripted with this innuendo.

this was created to compete in an off-air insider competition to create the funniest tv program at the time by the use of innuendo - somehow this one leaked onto the net - there were quite a few made by different programs but were never aired (obviously).

Well thanks for clarifiying. I was suspicious that any show, even an english one, would allow that to air. But still, its funny how rediculous it is.
