Just get a picture, preferably with a white background, then use the magic eraser to get rid of the white background, and then drag it into the other picture. Position it how you'd want, then lower the opacity of the layer and use the rubber to get the kissing girl's face back to however much you want.

well if you have both pictures open in photoshop, then click the top right tool, the arrow with the movement things on it, then just click on the actual picture you want to drag, and drag it onto the window with the main picture in.
