hey anybody know of a site that has some good photoshop tuts? everytime i google something like that i get a whole bunch of crap ones so if any of you actually have used a site and liked it i would appreciate a link =). I'm pretty new to the program and if clicking random buttons doesnt eventually work i need a site, lol.

good-tutorials.com thats a good one that I use but the only thing that bugs me is that some of the tutorial websites it points you too are gone and dont exist anymore but other then that its awsome.

But the best thing you can do, is just **** around with photoshop. Just mess around with the tools at hand, and have a good time. Eventually, you'll be all like, "OH MAN! That looks awesome! I wanna put one of these in there, but don't know how" or "Oh, maybe if I changed it like this... Hmm, but i'm shitless." Then you turn to a good tut, and figure out how to add it

Hahah, lets be honest here, how many of you actually bought Photoshop? I find it kinda funny becuase I'm sure most people didn't buy it yet most people jump all over a guy who pirates HL2.

But anyways, thats just me being stupid, ignore that. The best way to learn is to eff around like the others have said, thats how I did it plus I had a graphic arts class in High School that taught me one or two new things.

thats what i was gunna do, i just want a source for in case I'm like "ZOMG WTF !!!" reading through long tuts is soo boring and tedious. I dont have the attention span for it
