Pictures from the Beta???

Wassup people, I haven't posted here yet because I usually don't have much to add.....

I was searching around google trying to find a picture of a bullsquid or barnacle for HL2 and I came around some pics I hadn't seen before and was thinking of posting... then it hit me that they might be from the beta leak so I don't know if I should or not?



If they are leaked, I don't have a problem NOT POSTING them, but if not, they're kind of interesting... :naughty:

P.S. NO I HAVE NOT PLAYED THE BETA NOR DO I HAVE INTENTIONS OF PLAYING IT

If they're pictures of the barnacle or bullsquid, they have a 99.9% chance of being from the stolen build. I don't recall any barnacle or bullsquid pics being released yet.

Barnacels are returning and the bullsqid is to.
Discussed before. I think valve comfirmed that sometime in the past.
anyway you could se the barnacle an an art where it attacks gordon

Apparently there's A LOT of enemies in the game (or maybe i just imagined that), so knowing about a bullsquid and a barnacle is nothing. They're not exactly new and exciting anyway.

The only reason I said about the barnacle and bullsquid so openly is because I thought everyone knew that Valve had confirmed them coming back.... otherwise I wouldn't have said anything.

And I wasn't sure if Valve had released any official pics about them so I didn't know if they were beta.

Nah it's not, we knew that already. Valve have said that quite a few of HL1's aliens are back, Icthyosaurs included. In fact both of them are, I believe, on this very site's "Enemies" section in Game info or summat. And Bullsquid is one of the ratings you can get on this forum.
I can't wait to see what they look like. I can't wait to see what other old aliens make a return.
And right now I can't wait to go to the loo. <Goes to toilet>

it's not a spoiler. i knew loooonnng ago, before i heard anything about the beta, that the barnicle/bullsquid would be making a comeback. It was official info quite awhile back. I'm surprised as many people claimed "SPOILER SPOILER OMG!" as they did.

To answer your question, they are those alligator looking aliens that roam the sewers and have a whip for a tail, spit acid, etc...

It wasnt a personal attack against anyone i just didnt remember ever having heard that barncles and bullsquids were a confirmed enemy , even though its kind of obvious they will be there anyways :dozey:.
