Pixel Art 'webcomic'

Hey all how's it going?

I'm looking for a 'webcomic' or story I guess you could call it that I think I saw on here years ago. From memory it was pixel art thing that followed a town being built in a webcomic style layout.
Not sure why I thought of it, it just suddenly popped into my head and I remember it being really good.
I'm fairly sure I found it here but who knows.
