Looks fine, the important thing is like they said, it's straightforward and user-friendly. I never spent more than 2 minutes with the PS2 interface so it's not that big of a deal to me if it's 'bland', as long as it's functional and easily accessible that's great.

wow! no wonder why companies alwayse have to spruce up all the useless garbage to the newest systems. If they dont, they're going to have a hoard of people complain about how boring it is. It's got a new interface as opposed to nothing! what do you want? buttons jumping out of the screen? It's the game that counts!

OK, so Sony did a few dumb things. But the PS tends to attract good games. It's a nice middleground, I think.

Also, I like the interface. Definetly simple. Also, the ability to use the PS3 to surf the web and what not is very cool. Oh no... MySpace on the PS3. Hahahahaha. Thats going to be hilarious.

Have you ever used a 360? The bumpers are the RB & LB buttons.

The 360 controller and dashboard are two of the best contributions to gaming in a long time.

Navigating through the blades is effortless after a couple minutes messing with it.

If you can wait, I'd suggest waiting until E3 07. There will be a nice collection of AAA titles by then and you'll get a view of the future of the console and while people wait for all those games, you can just play the older ones.
