Please Help Me!

I tried installing this hl2 xp theme, and it messed up my computer, now I can't turn it off, when I click shut down, it does nothing. I am so scared. It may do something with ntoskrnl.exe but I have no clue.

Shut it down using the power switch. If that doen't work unplug it. If the problem is still there after it boots back up then try to restore back to before installing the new Style. If that doesn't work then....Good Luck!
