Right, you prolly noticed i dont make all that many new threads. But this is fairly important......



I am gona resit an exam next tuesday... in mechanics - maths.


I need a favour... I can't find any past papers for it Anywhere!!.



My board is edexcel btw.


If anyone has any for some reason and would like to scan and post em I would be enternally thankfull.



Its important because this will be the third time i have sat this exam. First time I did so shit i wont even post my score.. and the second I got an E.... wooooo....... hooooooooo.........


So yeah... I want something a little less.... shite, This time.




Another thing I have found this site: www.mathsnet.net

If you click on the AS/A2 2004 link in the pink box on the left then look at the top bar and select M1. Then those are the sort of questions i am looking for. Now this site would be perfect....


Cept.. it dont work for me. When I select a question.. it loads fine. But then when I click for the "steps" then it just freezes..


If anyone knows a fix for this. That would be even better.

Aww well, Thanks anyway. And yeah, I guess its an English thing. AS/A levels are the qualification you need before going to university.

Odd, it locked up in both firefox and IE, so I assumed it was simply borked. If it worked at your school, it may simply have compatibility issues with recent browsers/java versions (assuming your school doesn't use the most recent version of things, most schools don't). Either way, it's nothing easily fixable, unless you feel like testing lots of different browser/java combinations to find a working one

failing that you can try giving edexcel a ring and asking them to send you out a couple, although you may have to pay for them and they may not get there in time.

i've had a look in the loft and i haven't got any of my mechanics stuff must've thrown it out :/

And the problem is that its half term and thus... no school. Therefore no past papers. And to be honest... I can't be bothered to get EDExcel to deliver...
