Please help me!!!

I usally dont like asking for help when it comes to figuring out what to do in game play but Im completely lost! I just need some one to please tell me where i have to go or have to do in this part. Im at the part where im on the balcany looking upon the super large building that all those crazy lazer things keep blasting me... I end up running around in circles just to get blased in the end... please... just a little hint one where to go will probably be enough... I dont want a whole walk through, im sure you have better things to do anyway...
