I don't understand why you can't do your own research, especially since New Egg gives all the specs for that board. But since you asked - Yes, you can use that memory. PC-3200 is DDR400 memory, which that board supports.

And while I'm here - why is it that the people who can afford the high-end stuff are the least likely to understand or appreciate it? It drives me nuts. No offense, Gorilla.
 
If you have lots of money your too busy buying stuff to learn about anything. Duh.

After reading that post, I was forced to perform CPR on my eyes in order to prevent them from dying.
 
Is that where you take them out of there sockets and squeeze them until you see again?
 
It would be wise to check Asus' qualified vendor list for that specific board or risk them not working.
Asus is very good about making sure memory will be compatible though. I wouldn't be too worried.
