Or read them, depends which is easier. I'll probably look at the score, and if it's lower than expected (Below 90%) I'll read it straight away. Otherwise, I'll wait about 3 hours then give into temptation and read it anyway.

EDIT: I give up. In the two magazines I read he reviewed games that you couldn't spoilt (like racing games, or Online games). Oh well.

It's just another reminder that the game isn't out yet. I've already got the Binks, the screenshots, the voucher, the ATI ads, an ATI card, et cetera.

I think they may have been talking about making a thread like "GameSpot gave HL2 a 98%!!!" then make a fake link to gamespot that was really to your trout wars so you could get a lot of people.

i hope gamespot doesn't review it. they give xbox games very high and pc games very low. (doom3 8.5 halo 9.7 ........)

Gamespot will definitely review it. It's one of the biggest games of 2004 of course they're going to. They gave HL a really good score I believe.

Even by looking at the previews of Half-Life 2, you can tell that they are going to give a low score to Half-Life 2. They seemed to have an issue with the fact that the game felt unfinished in April. I fail to see what's so wrong with the game feeling unfinished 6 months before it's released.
