A: Not everyone has Photoshop.
B: People with animated avatars are basically left out.
C: We already have an upside down avatar day, and an upside down avatar week, I think we are set with the avatar holidays.

You can do each frame in an animation? I'm pretty sure you can do that...

The more avatar holiday the better... upside is alright... and there was an opposite avatar day if i remember correctly... and a steal someone else's avatar day... and i think there was a avatar flipping the bird day or something like that. But anyways... the more the better
