In order to test out the marvelous physics engine in HL2, did any of you try to launch a brick into the air looney-toons style in the manner suggested in the title of this post? From the placement of the seesaw and bricks, it's almost as if the designers wanted you to do this so you would marvel at the physics at work in this game.

no I just used it to move on as you had to to get on to the next location

Of course I did. The two people watching me play laughed at me for five minutes also. I almost expected to get shot into the air. Then I realised that this game is pretty stinnkin' realistic, and that I weigh more than a brick...

Greatness defined.

Yes, that was fun! Also throwing chairs at windows, when not dodging bullets... :E

i put the doll on one end a thruw a brick on the other end... :[

I did but even if I didn't there are lots of see-saw problems that you need to solve in order to advance.

i remember chucking a tv out of a window rock n roll style, that was sweet.

i threw the tvs out the windows too. threw out a nice lamp too :p

The people didn't get upset when I threw their t.v. right out their window. Hmm maybe they were happy not to see Breen's face all the time.

Anyone else notice that the tv seem to be attached to a rather long cable? It was still working when mine hit the Combine APC.

I also got the round spinning thing going then jumped on. It threw me off from spinning. Damn snappy stuff!!!

I sure did! I also tried to get on the swing but when i did i coudn't make it swing lol.

Some where between, using a shovel to stop a giant fan and using two beds to travel across a large area of Antlion infested sand.....

.....I fell deeply in love with this game. :rolling:
