PoNR mod team recruiting

i have recently started making a mod with my brother, we are planing on calling it, hl2: Point of NO Return (http://hl2ponr.blogspot.com). And the only prob is that we have no prior game making exp. We are making this mod mainly for the learning exp and are just hoping that if we are lucky it will be really good, we need concept artists, mappers, and another modeler to show me the ropes.
