It seems like Portal 2 may be making its' way to the PS3 after all, the cover of PSM3 magazine (link) mentions the game as featuring in the mag. Thanks to VG247.

not a big surprise, to be honest

Oh thank god. I don't want to have to play this on stupid, smelly Xbox.

Or a mac now even!

1) Given that Portal 2 is a single entity, it should be "it's"
2) "It" can not have an apostrophe to show possession (there is a reason for this rule, but I didn't comprehend it at all when it was explained to me)

So it should be 'its', but I still have no idea why I made this post.

I'll buy Portal 2 @ the $30 or less price point. I'm sick of buying 6 hr games at the $50 level

It cannot be (it's) because that means (it is). Its' is the correct usage IMO.

EDIT: Or so i thought. Turns out you are not supposed to use a possessive with 'it', you are supposed to try to use 'his'

Anyway, anyone excited for Portal 2? I can't wait to see his new puzzles.

why not make it for psp or nintendo ds while you're making it for crappy consoles valve?

" 's " can be used to indicate either possession or 'is', as in the "the cat's hat" or "the cat's in a hat". " s' " is only used for possession when the subject in question is a grouping of things, as in "the gang of cats' hat". 'It' can't have an apostrophe to indicate possession simply because of a special rule exclusively (I think) for 'it', and especially couldn't have an apostrophe after the 's' because that would take a grouping of things, and obviously 'it' is a singular thing.

There's always playing it on your PC...or a Mac now even.

Yeah I'd love too. But my PC is hating life at the moment, when I get a job I'll switch to PC gaming, but for the moment I'm stuck with PS3/360.

Crappy consoles? You clearly don't understand a thing about gaming. Idiot.

He's trolling

But yeah consoles are pretty crappy despite the fact I own all of them
a few games are better on the couch but that's just being fair

I love how most of my news posts end up being a debate on the wording of the post rather than what is happening :D
