After playing on someone elses computer, I turned off Bloom and the effect was still there. After running through the settings, I see that Shader Detail can be set to High, but mine cannot. Does anyone have a clue on what I am talking about?

Hey try swaping Radeon 9800 for GeForce 9800. Also single-cored processor today is a lil bit of a trip in the first world war times isn't it? Find job, make money, afford some sane machine and you can bloom urself to death.
