Possible 4th preload ? look here

on http://steampowered.com/status/status.html It went from 8,000+mbps to 5,690 Mbps. same type of drop in bandwidth happened last time there was a preload if I'm not mistaken. Guess we'll see.

Yeah, we have seen these bandwidth changes over and over again. There really isn't much more to preload.
