Had a little Star Wars kick yesterday... reinstalled Dark Forces 2 and Jedi Outcast, forgot how fun they were.

Was complaining about a sniper to my friend and by the time he replied, I had already got to the guy.

Oh and reinstalled Star Wars Battlefront 2, I remembered this being so much more fun than it was.
Servers are extremely laggy, no one ever really talks, movement feels very unnatural and a little clunky, and the combat is fairly crap.

Space games usually age very well, because most of the game is usually just, well, empty space. This means that developers can afford high-polygon models and fancy particle effects without much slowdown, since there is so little in the world anyway.

Just finished a long epic game of Clonk with Raziaar.

One of the hardest missions in the game.

Starting at the bottom of a hellish hazardous underground area. You have to bring all 6 pieces of a statue up to the top. Here's the map at the beginning:

And after many hours of playing, including dying and reloading, we beat it.

Made all the more difficult by the fact you can't build anything other than elevators pretty much.

What a challenging map though. Especially considering that lava is duro lava!

But, I figure M2:TW has a lot more content and stuff, I actually saw the entire package of M2 going for $30.
