Post a screenshot!

Never ceases to amaze me how beautiful Dirt 2 looks.
What impresses me even more is what a solid port it is. Performance isn't just good, it's incredible given how gorgeous the game looks. I can entirely max out the graphics and haven't once had any problems, which unfortunately is such a rarity on PC these days. So pleased with the game.

Nothing special just thought it looked snazzy.

Mirrors Edge
Still one of the most visually striking games available.

I still need to finish Dead Space 1. Just stopped like 75% through.

That's exactly what I did. I reached the Hydroponics section then had a HD crash and lost my progress. It took me about a year to start again and play all the way through. It was worth it though.

I can't believe my old system used to struggle with this game, now I never dip below 112fps, it's a joy to play. :D

I did the 75% thing too, reached the part where you have to get keycards and shit for the shuttle and then stopped, this was on the 360 at the games release in 2008, then picked it up and finished it finally this year.

According to new Dead Space 2 preview on GameSpot, Isaac will be a lot more agile and mobile in Dead Space 2, which kinda dissappoints me because being heavy and slow helped make Dead Space 1 a lot scarier IMO.

Sorry if the behind the car camera makes them look exactly alike Sheepo.

What's the look of the game from inside the car? I always play racing games in first person view, or over the hood.

TBH mate I haven't tried with any other view, gimme a little bit and I'll up some shots.

If it's the same as the demo, it only has a 'first-person' view, no hood or cockpit. Arcade racers are meant to be played from behind, though.

Your right on both points. You don't seem to get quite the same feeling of speed in Split/Second playing from the hood cam

Thank you stemot. My personal taste for racing games is always first person. It's more immersive, in my opinion.

I'm a fan of over the hood view without the hood so just like those screens :D More proper serious games behind the wheel all the way.

Why aren't the russians winning? That is a big problem in your image.

Good lord, that has to be the creepiest situation ever.

I've been meaning to ask others, but I'll ask you right now: did you try out my translation and compared it to the official one? I know mine feature a bit more detailed map markers (like the KBO building in your screenshot is marked as the building it is in real Pripyat - a customer services centre).

No, I did not, since I just recently bought it on Steam a month ago or so so I didn't even know that existed. I recall it from the early CoP thread you made, but I figured it was for the foreign versions only.

Haha what a fantastic screenshot. I'm tempted to make that creepy little fella my avatar.

I thought I had more screenshots than this, but it turns out I was pressing the wrong button the entire time. :dozey:

Anyway, Medal of Honor AA/SH have not aged very well at all.

It's still better than any CoD game.

The controls are ****ing terrible in the new Alien Breed, sluggish as **** and it's incredibly hard to see what you're doing most of the time too.

Other than that, it's alright. Pretty environments and nice set pieces.

I had no issues with the controls. Ramped up the mouse sensitivity and it played nicely. Did you find it hard to see what you were doing because of the camera of the dark environment? I'm hoping for some full light levels like in Tower Assault.

Personally I just think it "feels" better than Shadowgrounds, but I'll be honest, it's been a while since I played that.

I know it's a screenshots thread, but if you want an idea of how it plays check this out:-

I found it hard to see because it was so damn dark and the crosshair is so tiny and barely noticeable.,

Hmm, fair enough. Can't say as it really effected me, but like I said, I am hoping for some brightly light levels. The initial colony levels in Tower Assault were brilliant.

Man, this runs really well on integrated graphics.

Don't shoot me, but is that Homeworld? I'm not really into spacesims...
