Post all your demo's here so we can see how good u are at hl2.

To record a demo,
1) go to console
2) type in record "your demo name here"
3) type stop to end recording
4) to playback your demo type playdemo "your demo name"
(dont put in the quotations when u enter it in)

If you dont know where to upload ur files because the demo is fairly large, go to www.yousendit.com. type in a fake email address and upload the file. there u will get a link to download the file for everyone to get. demos are small files, usually around 1-4 megs, depending on how long the demo is.

go figure me being arachniphobic!! It's always fun to have about 15 of them follow you, and they gather around an explosive crate....omg so much fun (even if that crate put me at 1 hp, its still fun!)

**EDIT** I have no more webspace available...crap...I'll have to wait till morning to have my father upload the files to his site..maybe link it there....hopefully I doubt it though...anyone have any place for me to put my shit?

it not a very good one because i dont know what todo and this is exactly where i am up to and was playing from my save point , ps i am not asking for help on where i am stuck ,, il figure it out sooner or later
its about 11th chapter so anyone not at this point dont watch the demo
hmm i just thought of a nice idea to have a little compatetion, maybe we could see who can do a certain level the fastest and you have to prove with a demo and say how long it took using a timer or something , then if someone gets a good time on a certain chapter like ravernholm or something they..hmm even maybe a leugue or something , i am pritty sure a full level wont be that big in mb size .its just a idea

set up the turrets, you kept running past them in the demo, they have a big blue combin wall thingie, they are in the passageway between the 2 rows of cells, walk up to them and press use

this is a small demo i made in the tehement part, with a different outcome than you might expect(people being manipulated and flying out of windows n stuff)

AJ Rimmer, you need to go into your HL2 game, and either type "play "demoname".dem, or simply press SHIFT + F2 which brings up a little console where you can open it in a nice filesystem.

Hope that helps, and I want more demos!

Here is a nifty thing you can do in the Entanglement chapter,

in the area where you have to set up 3 turrets and have to fight off a shitload of combine, may actually help you if you're stuck(keep dying).

i must say, after playing both hl2 and hl:s side by side, hl1 marines have much MUCH better AI.
