Here is a screenshot I mentioned a while back. Its a glitch/bug/something in Goldrush at random moments when you get killed by the bomb. Here, and no, there is no one else in the server than me.

I had the dumbest tele-frag occur for me once:

I was spy and cloaked, and and engy had setup base on that pipe/walkway leading from the last cap up till the 2nd floor and 2nd cap in granary, so while cloaked I jump over the tele and get tele-fragged...grrrr.
