I'd post a picture of my setup but it's just on a messy 6" fold-out table. From left to right:vcr, 19" LCD, 17" CRT, Antec P180 case and papers all over. And subwoofer under the table...

Here is my Turbo Charged Setup. I've labeled all the important bits.

I have the exact same desk as you. It's shit when you have an Antec 900 case that doesn't fit where it's supposed to. Now I have it placed right beside my legs which is unforgivingly uncomfortable.

Desk Setup

Dell (Ok, so I like Sony wallpaper) 3.2 GHz hyperthreading P4 640, 20" widescreen ViewSonic LCD, Nvidia GeForce 7600 GT, 2 Gb PC5400 Dual Channel RAM, HP light Scribe DVD/CD burner, Floppy/Media Reader, ancient Advent (but work great) Subwoofer with satellites. HL2 runs quite nicely.
