Print Scrn you fool!
Then open up MSPaint or whatever you have and go Edit > Paste.
Save it and upload somewhere like www.imageshack.us

Hit the Print Screen key, usually located above the Insert key. Then paste it into an image program, such as MS Paint or Adobe Photoshop. After which, upload it using Imageshack and you're set.
