New post your fps in the VST (Visual Stress Test) from the CS:S Beta.

Okay i know here's another... but this one has some rules so it will be more standard as far as settings go
*************************************************
The Rules:
1) Must be in 1024x768x32, no aa, no af
2) EVERYTHING on max (NO,aa, af)
3)Post your specs... ie...

Amd Athlon XP 2400+(2ghz)
1gig DDR 333mhz RAM
Radeon 9800 Pro 128
Catalyst v4.8 (modified DNA 2.8 drivers)
Western Digital 7200rpm 40gb
Windows XP Home SP1

or any other misc. specs here
*************************************************

Once you run it, do the poll and place where you scored :-D.

Maybe this way we can get a better picture of how it runs across different computers :)

only problem is, cards like the 6800nu will perform very similar at 10x7 to the 6800gt and ultras, and x800xt, and x800xt pes because those latter cards need to be stressed at higher resolutions to really see what they can do. there really isn't a good way to standardize benchmarks with such a plethora of video cards out

48.1 FPS

AMD 2500+ Barton
Radeon 9600 Pro
512 MB DDR 333 RAM
Catalyst v4.8
Windows XP SP1

Got 85 FPS with this system:

AMD Athlon XP 3000+ Barton
1GB DDR 3200 RAM
Radeon 9700 Pro 128MB
Catalyst v4.8
Maxtor 7200rpm 120GB
Windows XP Home SP1

67FPS

Radeon 9700 OCed to Pro
Athlon XP 2500+ OCed to 2.24GHz
1GB DDR333

58.1 FPS @ 8xAF, 0xFSAA and everything set to max running 1024x768

I'll take the FPS hit for the AF.. looks crappy without it (CS:S does, anyway)

wow, it seems a lot of you guys have top of the line systems+cards :farmer:

83.13 FPS

3.0Ghz P4
1GB Corsair 3200
ATI Radeon 9800 Non-Pro 128MB

Not bad for my now old card :)

I got 127 FPS and I have:

AMD Athlon 64 3200+
1 GB PC3200 RAM
ATI Radeon X800 XT PE

I moved it to hardware, although this will all be moot soon anyway... valve will have a page with the scores and configs soon anyway :)

Oh man.... now no1 is ever going to read it... and it will die a quick and obscure death, nooooooooooooooo :(

72.36 FPS.. WITH AN NVIDIA CARD :p

Athlon XP 2400+
512mb RAM
Geforce FX 5900 128mb

91.84 FPS
I think I'm going to try that again without 202 CS:S screenshots loaded in adobe.
I'll brb

Edit:
103.23 FPS @ 1024x768 (No AA/AF, High textures etc)
A64 3000+ @ 2.3Ghz

Hey, what about VST for non beta owners? Do we have to pay for the test by buying CS:CZ or an ATI XT card? :(
