looks very cool, you should try and do some wrinkles in the cloth he has on his head (if thats what it is)´

You have a very good understanding of anatomy, but you should keep an eye out for his abs, as they are now he seems malnutritioned(spelling genius :D)

yeah I notised the ab thing.. it's still a WIP, everything can be changed untill I declare it finished. oh. its a mutand, so the proportions are not correct and realistical. the lower arm is way longer and it will be having a horse body (centaur). so I am studying soem horse anatomy atm. wel.. I will post more updates soon.

laters

looks koolio :)

his hand looks way wrong, but it looks like youll change that, and as mentioned, it looks like hes showing of his mucels or sumthing :)

very nice. post the upgrades to it as it evolves, color, darkened lines, finishing touches, etc.

reminds me of wolfenstein for some reason.

update

103.jpg

Here is a little update, I defind the stomach area more and worked on fleshing out some parts. Also I temperarely removed the sword, so its easier to draw the stuff underneath the sword and the hand holding it.

Everything is out of my head, no refrence used for the anatomy. I am not keeping score of time. I find such a thing, immature :)

Well.. enjoy!

looks good to me. you doing concept art for a mod or anything?

thnx scribblehead, your drawing is turning out great aswell. I am treying to decide if I will colour mine or leave it the way it is :/, tough decision. 2 possebility's, I colour it and it turnes out awsome, or I colour it and I **** it up. I'let the FORCE decide ...HHHhHHhhHHhhhHhhhhmmmmm........

looks smashing.... I'd considder adding some more "stretches" to the collar thing :)

:) yeah. I need to start on that. making cloth/leather folds is damn hard

Wow I envy your work, very good! Do you later digitally enhance it in photoshop or just with pencil and paper?

just pencil and paper. this is just scanned in, copy'd the layer and set it to multiply and set transparancy to 50%. Makes the contrast look like it does on paper. Brilliant!

UPDATE!

Well, progress is slow but I am forsing myself to continue it so I made another update, here it is!

the head looks out of proportion to the body, but it is Post-Apocalyptic so meh....

Looks beautiful my friend, in a sick and twisted kind of way, but surely stunning, keep up the work...

and is it going to have a tail, (the shading between his leg and his arm)

hey thats a cool face.. looks like a centaur from the looks of it..nice! :)
his neck looks odd... that piece of clothing wouldnt be like that... it would be down at the houlders fith a lot of folds
also i think his neck area and shoulders should be more detailer(actually i dont really like that clothing thing..oh well

GJ! :)

I might add armor ontop of the clothing thing, depends on how much detail I want to put in it. and yes, it is a centaur and its a mutant made from diffrent bodypart's so that's why it has long underarms and a small head because it was made from bodyparts of diffrent cratures etc. I might add some armor on the horse part of the body to. not sure about that yet. and thanks again for the compliments and crit's etc

great job, the last picture there is really amazing! How long does this take you EVIL?

I totally lost track of the time. I have been working on it for around 3 days and that times 2 hours or so. so 6 or 7 hours in total. maby even 8, as I said, I lost track of it so this is a mere guess.

I wont, as I said, its a mutant. So it doesnt mather if the head is smaller

any updates at all EVIL? It's looking really great right now, just curious to see if you've done anything else.

I want you drawing skills.... no seriously... give them to me... right now.

It looks great. Like the skin was ripped off and the muscle definition is extreme. You have a great understanding of the anatomy and making the muscles stand out using shading. Good detail also. The clavicle for example, that part is always hard for me to draw.

Muhaha, we've got them, (we being Narcissistic Gaming, for the Operation: Everlasting Shadow modification) MUHAHAHHAHAHAHA...

/me hides Evil's talent away from all the prying eyes...

EVIL this is coming along very nicely, your style reminds me of Kenneth Scott (if you don't know him, he does concept artwork and skinning for iD software)

Cheers

Really?! thats the best compliment I ever got, cuz Kenneth Scott is one of my biggest idols. That guy does some amazing work.

I will post an update on this tomorrow. this horse body was damn hard, but I managed

ok evil can i ask u something its about something that bothers me while drawing, well im not the best at drawing bu when i do draw i get so id ont know bugged by the fact that erasure is so hard that i prefer to do stuff on the pc , so how do u handle erasing or are u so good that u never do ?

I bet cheap mechanical pencils with great erasers are involved. ;)

-Scott

mindless moder: the only "trick" is to draw very light, yet controlled :)

what nostredamus said! And I have a erasing stick. its a stick with a eraser on top so you can erase very finely and very light. you can buy it in loads of hobby or art shops. and they are in various of sizes

Evil, update..... PLEASE :D <- look even smilied nicely...

I personnaly use a Putty Rubber and a series of different pencils...

and my trusty lucky pencil, which is a rather old and battered Bic Mechanical pencil...
