Pr and team leaders E-mails

I was thinking, how about, if every PR or MOD leader post their E-Mails here, so we can inform ourselfs of bad practise, for example, a team gets a new member, but this member just gets in, stills works, and/or never works or reply, you could then report it to the rest, so we can all be aware in case we come across him or people like that.

Sounds lovely let's blacklist volunteers who lose interest or have other responsibilities that get in the way. Not to mention personal grudges or clashes over creative differences can then be drug out in the open.

I understand your rationale here but perhaps it would be better if you encouraged team leaders to write letters of recommendation for team members they are happy with. There is no money here, and as seriously as I may take modding, there are a lot of things that come before it. I dunno doesn't appeal to me and seems a little unprofessional, but that's just me.
