Praise be for HL2 single player!

I didnt ask for CS:S and what other stuff they added.
I'm talking HL2 here, and the fact that HL2DM is missing makes me say valve made a bad move.
Because they throw in extra material doesnt imply it's automatically ok to leave out other parts.

Yeah, I see what you mean. But technically though, they didn't add Counter Strike: Source because it is the multiplayer mode for Half-Life 2. So technically it's not extra. It's just not HL2 themed. Maybe they could've made a HL2DM, but they chose CS: S as the multiplayer mode.

I'm a little bothered by it but not much. I don't play DM that much but a game isn't really complete without it imho But if the SP is good then I'm alright with it all. So I voted the middle option.

hl2 DM will come out as a fan-made mod after the release of HL2, trust me, they have everything they need except for DM maps. plus is it confirmed that valves secret multiplayer thing is CS:S?

I only want it for its SP, HLdm sucked and still does and took less skill than CS to play and was more run and gun than CS ever was so i see why Valve decided to add the worlds most popular multiplayer game to HL2 instead of an unplayed (pretty much) multiplayer game.

The world's best CS players can't even touch the top 100 HLDM players. Can't handle the speed, at all.

I always knew ther wouldt be any HL2DM..i dont know why some of you belived it would be included..did Valve say it owuld at some point? I dont care anyway since Sven-COOP is in the works for HL2..thats enough for me..
