I just built my new system, and it's going to have to put up with the new HDR technology, or I'll be dissapointed..
I have
AMD Athlon 64 +3200 CPU
1GB Twin-X Corsair RAM PC3200
Radeon X800 PRO 256mb
450w Power supply
And the rest, although not as important
X-Navigator case (keeps this thing DAMN cool)
Manual controlled CPU fan (never runs past 29c)
80GB Hard drive
and so on..
My computer is running Half-Life 2 on all high settings, with anti-aliasing at 4x and antriscopic filtering at 8x.. My comp cuts through this game and only shows a slight stutter here and there during really (graphic) intense parts...
How would my system put up with this new HDR technology? I heard that the X800 series and up will be able to handle it...
Any help would be great, I'd like to get my system prepared before it comes out.
