This game is somewhat fantastic, even if it's leaving me terrified of any sort of sexual contact.

Obviously it's not the best game in the world, but for an educational game, it's done it pretty well. Funny, typically playable, and you learn bad shit is always going to happen.

Sadly I can't play this, with Shaders set to High, I get an enormous FPS drop on all levels after I get inside the vagina, but with Shaders set to low, only the background shows, all else is covered in complete blackness.

I couldn't get AA past High in the anus. Only so much anti-aliasing can do, tbh.
