Pro looking site needed

Hey, for the millionth time it seems, i'm in need of a webmaster. But the circumstances have changed... I'm looking for a site that can add up to other hl2 mod sites. Something semi-professional looking. The most that i'll pay right now is 40$. If someone enjoys doing this stuff, and gets 40 bucks for it, then why not! PM me, or post here.

you might to include weather or not you have webspace, and if you do, what features does it have? (ie MySQL, phpmyadmin, etc.)

As far as webspace, I have not found one, and i'm figuring if you've doen this before, you will know where to go. I would like to have a community (like hl2files.com) host us. If you (the webmaster) need me to register with someone, then you can contact me. I'm still in great need, and again, theres 40$ in the deal.

Uhm, just because you have made sites before doesn't mean you know where to find webspace. Definately not with php and mysql !

And some of the rules on hl2files sez that you have to have a FINISHED site which is REGURARLY UPDATED before you can get hosted.
