Problem Opening Steam.

Hi, I have a problem opening steam. I open it up, while its connecting to my username, it gives me this error|||

Platform Error:bad module 'Severs/severbroser.dll',not loading

If anyone could help that would be nice, this just started today (03-26-07).
PC specs are:
512mb ram
unichrom 256mn intergrated graphics
Windows xp
Amd Sempron 2700
