problem with custom walk animations

have modelled a zombie and now trying to get him ingame, everything is working fine except the walk animations.



the yellow box should stay with the model but the model moves forward and then pops back to it's initial position.

Tried to solve this for some hours already but nothing works, don't know what to do anymore :(.

Any help is much appreciated.


Update: I have found out what the problem was I had to lock those animations just some LX and LY in the qc arghhh
