Problem with GarrysMod

So I dont know exactly when it started happening, but parts of the citizen skins are black. no, not checkered pink and black, just black.
Like the hair, two parts of the arms, two parts of the legs, and my jihad bomb is all black too.
I reinstalled gmod and now my mp4a1m203 is no longer black or my mp7, but everything else is still black. I even removed the jihad bomb addon then installed it again, its just black.
I've googled everything that remotely has anything to do with black textures and scanned for nights on end, but i've found nothing but pink and black checkered texture problem topics. I found one topic of the tf2 black textures, but I dont think its the same thing.

I cant. Its like the drop menu is unusable. but both hardware directx and software directx say 9.0
