Problem with steam forum!

I bought CS the first day and also signed up on there forum, though I havent made any post since then I wanted to write one today. When I did it says:

"You do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

It says this for trying to post a reply but it also says it if I try to PM or email someone through the forum. I dont know why I would be banned or have my ac cess taken away since I have never posted.

Does anyone know who I can contact about this?

your going to have to get your account reactivated.. they probobly disabled it because of that you never posted and want to only keep a database of people who are active

Then how do I contact a mod to see whats going on since it wont let me email or PM them?
