probleme with *.bink movie..

i downloaded the first hl2 movie with steam. yesterday this video worked; but today i cant play it :/

my screen resolution change to 1024*768 (or a other one..) - but i have the desktop in foreground..
the sound works; but not the movie :x


..restart doesnt change anything ;(

what could i use to play perfectly *.bink movies ?

.bink is an exe .... it should work without a player.
