why doesnt my profile picture show up when i post stuff
plz DONT FLAME the poor kid with a pic problem

It might be too large. Check to see when you try to upload it and the site tells you it's too large.

Your profile picture will never be shown in any post.
You need to edit your avatar, that will be the picture next to your name.

Ah, I see.

RussianEmpire, go into your user control panel (User CP at the top of the page), and click on "edit avatar". You can then upload it there.
